A good, clean, basic hotel on a busy London street, I have no complaints
-
Very clean rooms, friendly staff and overall good conditions for the amount of money paid.
It's quite far from the city center and the neighborhood may seem a little unfriendly at first. It's better and safer if you take the bus or subway to get there.
-
It was a good location for the venue I attended in the area. The hotel was not too expensive and my partner & I found it perfectly adequate; ensuite was very good. Breakfast was simple cereals and toast with fruit and juice, but perfectly fine. It was great that it was open 24hrs as we arrived there at 3am.
It was not the Ritz, but then for the price you wouldn't expect it.
-
This hotel is brilliant for a quick stopover as it is a basic room but clean and comfortable for the price your're paying. Reading other reviews, yes it is on a main road but after a few beers we slept very well! Used it for Brixton Academy which was a very easy bus ride (which is a 24hr service), so saved money on taxis too!
-
My sister was in Kings Hospital and the hotel was only 5-10 minutes away. This made it very convenient for visiting. For want we wanted out of our stay we were very pleased and because of the price we could stay extra days
-
There is a lot of eating place around the hotel
The hotel situated infront the main road, so its a bit noisy at night
-
Very basic, dirty would never stay again, noisy was like sleeping in traffic
-
nothing extra, clean, simple, stuff if you ask help with inofrmation and don't ask unnecessary questions or intrude, shops near, bus stop too
its at main street of Camberwell and car traffic at night is laud, but that we knew allready from Booked.net
-
It was very near our destination so cheap clean and we all had breakfast
-
The hotel was decent, well situated were ways of getting around are concerned, it was very clean and the impeccable bedding was changed every two days. I would say it is an ok hotel for people who want to experience London and not its hotels.
-
Wouldnt stay again, its a bit of a dump. Standards are poor and breakfast not usually continental standard, cheap morrisons own bread used and u have to toast it yourself. Shouldnt have hotel status, B & B's are better.
Didnt like it at all.

The staff were quick to advise on free street parking and also to advise us on the easiest way to get to and from central London (take the bus, not the tube)
-
The reviews on this hotel frightened me a little, but the hotel was not as bad as most reviews let me to believe. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was complementary. The tubes were not closeby, but there are busstops closeby and it takes 25 minutes to victoria or westminster.
Realise this is a budget hotel and it won't be bad to stay here. Breakfast is cereals and toast, but it fills your stomach until lunch.
-
Very comfortable and spacious triple room. Excellent location to get in and out of the city.
-
No plug for wash basin No decaf coffee or tea as requested at time of booking. After showing booking paper one of staff went to local shop to buy the same.
